We called Climate Care this morning due to our furnace that stopped heating the home we spoke with Diana, Diana was very easy to work with, she was trustworthy, and honest. Diana dispatched out Senior Technician Richard Samkas. Richard was absolutely wonderful and very polite to work with. Richard fixed our issue and got the furnace heating the home in a matter of a few minutes! My mother is elderly and needs her heat! Richard is the man!
